In November 2019, a jury in the New London Superior Court of Connecticut awarded research and development (R&D) company LBI, Inc. $839,423 in a trade secret misappropriation dispute against Charles River Analytics, Inc.
The intellectual property dispute began in March 2012, when LBI alleged two former employees stole thousands of accounting, design, and engineering files regarding a $70 million U.S. Navy underwater drone project.
