On December 17, 2018, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania approved a settlement in a class action lawsuit against defendant Paytime Inc.
The lawsuit was brought against the payroll firm in April 2014 by six plaintiffs after a data breach compromised the personal and financial information of over 233,000 individuals nationally.
