Customer Counsel

When counsel is retained by the customer prior to the termination of an agreement, and counsel and its client are assessing the prospect of saving the project, our experts can assist counsel in determining what went wrong, the parties’ relative responsibility, and whether the issues can be resolved. DisputeSoft can also assist counsel in developing detailed remediation plans including project plans, descriptions of services, risk mitigation plans and the like, and generally support counsel’s effort to restructure the parties’ relationship and put it on a path to success.

Vendor Counsel

Many vendors have personnel on staff with the skills to assist their counsel in determining what went wrong, the parties’ relative responsibility, and whether the issues can be resolved. However, where such resources are not available DisputeSoft can assist with the development of remediation plans including performing the same services DisputeSoft performs for customer counsel, and generally support counsel’s effort to restructure the parties’ relationship in a fashion that will enable both the vendor’s and customer’s teams to manage the project to success.
