Settlement Reached in Patent Dispute Regarding Google’s Mobile Traffic Management

    On January 20, 2019, plaintiff SEVEN Networks LLC and defendant Google reached a settlement in a software patent infringement dispute.

    The lawsuit began in May 2017, when SEVEN Networks alleged Google infringed patents related to “software and systems for improving and conserving resources such as battery, CPU and memory” of mobile devices.
