Recently, Washington-based senior care non-profit Sound Generations exposed over 103,000 patients’ information during two separate data breaches.
Sound Generation confirmed that an unauthorized party hacked into their computer system in two different incidences. The stolen information may include patients’ names, phone numbers, emails, and date of births.
